Who remembers Hodaka motorcycles? I had one back in my dirt-bike days, and I have a pretty good collection of old Hodaka memorabilia that I can scan and post if anyone’s interested. I have some two-fold pamphlets for the Hodaka Ace 100-B and the Super Rat 100, and larger poster-sized brochures for the Wombat and Combat Wombat 125s. I even have a couple-dozen issues of the Hodaka newsletter, The Resonator. It’s all from the early 1970s and in pretty good condition…should make nice scans. Above is one of my favorite items, a “free ride” ticket that could be redeemed at any Hodaka dealer. I guess I should have cashed it in before they went belly-up, eh?

I have a Bonanza mini bike with the 100cc Hodaka engine. Is there any info on those in the memoribilia you have?

No, Geof, all the stuff I have is specific to the Hodaka motorcycles. I might have a test on the Hodaka-powered Bonanza in a magazine somewhere, but can’t say for sure. If I come across something like that I’ll be sure and let you know.
